How We Promote Partner Events

We’re excited to introduce a new way to support and promote events from across our network of partners through a new, consistent social media format.

Whether you’re hosting a workshop, open day, celebration or training session, we’d love to help you reach our networks and the wider community.

Each month, we’ll feature selected upcoming events using our digital Event Cards. These are clear, engaging visuals that make your events easy to understand and share.

To ensure we do this fairly and inclusively, we’ve introduced a few simple guidelines for our Partner Event Promotions:

Monthly Submission Limit

To ensure a good mix of organisations are represented, we’ll feature up to two events per partner per month on our main social media channels.

Monthly Partner Spotlight

We’ll also spotlight at least one event from a new or less-featured partner each month, helping us share the stage more widely.

Selection Criteria (when needed)

If we receive more events than we can fit in, we’ll give priority to:

  • Events tied to current themes or awareness weeks
  • Free or community-focused events
  • Organisations we haven’t featured recently

We’ll always aim to be transparent in how we choose what to feature, and may offer alternative promotion (like inclusion in Stories, a round-up post, or our newsletter) if your event doesn’t make the main feed.
